We are looking for 2 Automation Engineers to join Teklas Family! As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and testing automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks.

This experience will not take place at the desk, it is in production and hands-on!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
  • Designing and testing automation equipment and processes
  • Programming new automated components
  • Identifying quality issues and writing reports
  • Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
  • Collaborating with other business units

Automation Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical electronics engineering, mechanical, mechatronics, industry, computer or similar engineering
  • Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate well with other members of the development team

Quality Assurance Assistant Specialist is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company’s final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
  • Participate in POD checks or perform POD checks.
  • Takes part in external and internal customer complaints, elimination of quality errors
  • Check the customers 8D portals on a daily basis and ensure that pending actions are answered in a timely manner.
  • Builds a bridge between the customer and production.

Accounts Receivable Specialist are in charge of ensuring that all incoming payments are received and processed. Individuals in this role must keep an accurate record of all incoming payments and contact clients to ensure outstanding invoices are paid. Accounts receivable in this role ensure that all receipts are tracked and that any discrepancies in payments received are investigated on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
  • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
  • Process accounts receivable transactions and collect efforts in accordance with standard rules that represent
  • Follow-up on cash collection, invoicing, and accounts receivables
  • Complete weekly receivables reports
  • Keeping track of daily, monthly, and receivables transactions
  • Being the main point of contact for other departments when it comes to receivables issues.
  • In addition, the management of the tooling process will also be periodically and project-based checked.

Responsibilities

  • Managing communications between customer and internal teams
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with German key customers with the aim of increasing sales over the long term.
  • Strategic customer care and further development of the key account area as well as expansion / deepening of customer loyalty within the area of responsibility
  • Acquire thorough understanding of key customer needs and actively communicate internally with global team & other business areas
  • Expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet customer objectives
  • Evaluation of customer requirements and preparation of offers
  • Evaluation and management of capacity and tooling issues
  • Presentation and active distribution of our products
  • Management of processes such as independent planning, preparation and implementation of annual, acquisition, closing and price discussions as well as their follow-up and documentation
  • Creation of business plans, market, price and competition analyzes
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Conducting discussions and negotiations about technical solutions and offers

Qualifications and Experience

  • Engineering background is preferable
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
  • German or French is an asset
  • Have no obstacle to travel
  • Ability to interact as a value-added team member
  • Ability to understand and evaluate competitive products
  • Confident and determined to pull off meetings from key decision makers and C-level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to clients
