October is recognized as “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” around the world.
Breast cancer, which is the most common type of cancer, has started to be seen in one in every 8 women and has increased 3 folds in the last 25 years.
With early diagnosis, breast cancer patients respond positively to treatment at a rate of 99%.As Teklas, we organized an event in Mexico where female employees wore pink t-shirts to emphasize this awareness.
In order to create awareness which can give hope to even one woman, we will take all initiatives to raise awareness in the future!
