National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, the only holiday that is gifted to children in the world, was celebrated enthusiastically in our Gebze facilities despite the pandemic. On April 23, it was aimed to raise awareness on environmental, health and safety issues both for employees and children of the geography where the factory is located. By visiting Çayırova Yapı Kredi Bankası Vocational and Technical Vocational Anatolian High School’s kindergarten students, Teklas Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Specialists, spoke about the importance of Workers’ Health and Safety equipment, to raise awareness on health and safety in school and daily life, and celebrated children’s National Sovereignty and Children’s Day with gifts. Children’s visit preparations, their dancing made all participants smile and created happiness in the conditions of the pandemic. Additionally, in order to raise awareness on sustainability, Teklas organized an Environmental Detective Workshop for children, within the scope of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day.
